• Data Controller

MKS DEVO acts as the ‘data controller’ as defined in Article 3/1-(ı) of the Law and determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. As the data controller, MKS DEVO establishes and maintains data registry systems and implements administrative and technical security measures.

• Methods and Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Your personal data is collected through electronic forms, operational units, and corporate communications to carry out import, export, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service operations, as well as human resources and site security procedures in full compliance with Articles 4, 5, and 6 of the Law.

• Legal Rights of Data Subjects

Under Article 11 of the Law, you may apply to MKS DEVO to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion/anonymization under statutory conditions.

Requests can be submitted using our Data Subject Application Form. Inquiries are finalized within thirty (30) days free of charge.
