Data Subject Application Guidelines and Form
Pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698, data subjects may exercise their rights by applying to MKS DEVO Kimya Sanayi Tic. A.Ş. using the channels specified below.
1. Submission Channels
- In Person / Physical Mail: Signed application submitted to “Ayazağa Mah. Kemerburgaz Cad. Vadi İstanbul Park Sitesi 7B Blok No: 7C İç Kapı No: 82 Sarıyer / Istanbul, Turkey”.
- Registered Email (KEP): Sent via secure electronic signature to our official registered email (KEP) address or registered corporate email: info@mksdevo.com.
