Dioctyl adipate
Is a plasticizer obtained by esterification of 2-ethylhexanol and Adipic Acid. Both homopolymer and copolymer are compatible with vinyl resins. DOA is especially used in colored PVC resins and where low temperature properties are desired. Plasticizer for PVC, surface coatings, and rubber. Be used for flexible PVC films for food contact (cling film).

Dioctyl Terephthalate
Ester of terephthalic acid and 2-ethylhexanol.
DOTP (also abreviated DEHT), is a PVC plasticizer that is considered safer than low-chain and ortho-phthalate plasticizers due to its excellent toxicological profile.
In the European plasticizer market, Dioctyl terephthalate is one of the growing phtalate- free plasticizers because of European environmental restrictions.
DOTP, is extensively used in applications like extrusion, calendaring, injection molding, rotational molding, dip molding, slush molding, coating and some ink applications.
